Which banks' slips can SlipBolt verify?
PromptPay slips from every Thai bank — KBank, SCB, Bangkok Bank, Krungthai, Krungsri, GSB, TTB and more. Verification runs over multiple redundant bank-network routes, with automatic failover whenever the primary route is unavailable.
How do you block recycled (duplicate) slips?
We keep every slip's transaction reference, per shop. Submit the same slip again and the system replies "this slip has already been used" immediately, with the time it was first used — no day limit, on every plan, and even after personal details in old records are wiped under the PDPA policy, the reference is kept to block re-use.
Is my customers' data safe?
PDPA-first — we delete customer slip images within 60 seconds after verification and keep only the essential text data (amount, sender, time) for the audit log. Your customers can request an export or deletion of their data at any time.
Do I need to write any code?
Not at all — just paste the Channel ID + Channel Secret + Channel Access Token from your LINE OA into the SlipBolt dashboard and hit save. SlipBolt instantly acts as your OA's webhook, and you can toggle it on or off whenever you like.
When can I cancel?
Any month, instantly, from the Billing page in your dashboard — no cancellation fee, no lock-in contract. If the month is already paid, service continues until the end of the billing cycle.
What if I run out of quota this month?
We notify you at 80% and 95% of your quota. Once the quota is used up, any slip credits you have are used first, then overage is billed per slip according to your plan (0.20–0.30฿/slip) on your next invoice — or buy more credits / upgrade at any time.
How fast is a slip checked?
About 0.8 seconds per slip on average, and most finish in under a second (measured on real slips) — from receiving the image to the verdict, the same in LINE chat and through the REST API · the occasional slip takes a little longer when the image is large or the bank network is slow.
