Which plan fits me best?
If you receive fewer than 500 slips a month, Starter is enough — REST API and webhooks are included, and you can link up to 3 LINE OAs. For 500–1,500, go Pro (up to 10 OAs). Beyond that, Business (unlimited OAs). Most people start on Pro and adjust from real usage. Not sure yet? Take the 7-day Trial — 50 slips · 1 seat · 1 LINE group · verify over LINE OA + Dashboard; REST API and webhooks start on Starter.
How is overage billed?
If you exceed your monthly quota, overage is billed per slip according to your plan (Starter 0.30฿ · Pro 0.25฿ · Business 0.20฿). It's added to your next invoice — no instant charges, no surprises.
When can I upgrade / downgrade?
Anytime from Dashboard → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect next cycle so you keep your current plan's benefits until the period ends.
Can I cancel? Is there a cancellation fee?
You can cancel anytime — no cancellation fee, no lock-in contract. After cancelling, service continues until the end of the paid billing cycle, and your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and save 20% off the monthly price (e.g. Pro 399฿/month → 319฿/month billed annually). Flip the "Annual" toggle above to see discounted prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) via Stripe — secure, PCI DSS Level 1 — plus PromptPay transfers for Thai customers. Receipts are issued automatically.
